BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF MARYLAND

APPLICATION OF SOLTAGE MD DEVCO, LLC AND BERLIN LIVING, LLC TO CONSTRUCT SIX CO-LOCATED SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC GENERATING FACILITIES TOTALING 18 MWAC IN THE TOWN OF BERLIN, MARYLAND, CASE NO. 9826 

NOTICE OF SECOND PUBLIC COMMENT HEARING

A second public comment hearing in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Monday, June 22, 2026, 7:00 p.m. at the Willards Lion Community Center, Hearn Street, Willards, MD 21874, concerning Soltage MD DevCo, LLC’s and Berlin Living, LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct six co-located solar photovoltaic generating facilities totaling 18 MW in the Town of Berlin, Maryland. The Project is anticipated to occupy approximately 112 acres of two parcels totaling approximately 157 acres located on Main Street (MD Route 818), northwest of the intersection of MD Route 50 and MD Route 113, and described by Tax Map 20, Grid 20, Parcels 49 and 54.

The hearing will begin with a presentation ofthe Project by the Applicant; followed by a presentation by the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Power Plant Research Program (PPRP) of its recommendations with respect to the Project; followed by the Technical Staff of the Public Service Commission of Maryland (Staff) as to its recommendations regarding the Project. Thereafter, members of the public will have an opportunity to provide comment on the proposed Project.

Written comments on the proposed Project maybe submitted electronically or by first-class mail by Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
