NOTICE OF INITIAL PUBLIC COMMENT HEARING
An initial public hearing in the above-entitled matter isscheduled for Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 6:30 pm, via virtual meeting,concerning Harford Calvary Solar 1, LLC’s application for a certificate ofpublic convenience and necessity to construct a 2.5 MW solar photovoltaicgenerating facility in Harford County, Maryland.
The hearing will begin with a presentation by the Applicant, followed by brief statements by the Department of Natural Resources, PowerPlant Research Program and the Staff of the Public Service Commission ofMaryland (“Staff”) as to their respective roles in the case.

Written comments on the proposed Project may be submitted electronically or by first-class mail through June 15, 2026.
