NOTICE OF PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE
A pre-hearing conference in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Monday, December 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., via virtual platform, concerning Harford County Solar 1, LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct a 2.5 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility in Harford County, Maryland.
Barring technical difficulties, anyone wishing to observe the livestream of the hearing may do so via the Public Utility Law Judge Division’s YouTube channel, https://bit.ly/2X6wLiP. At the pre-hearing conference, any preliminary matters will be discussed, including consideration of any petitions to intervene that have been filed, and the establishment of a procedural schedule.
Petitions to intervene must be filed by November 28, 2025 and may be filed electronically through the Commission’s website at www.psc.state.md.us, or by first-class mail with the Commission’s Executive Secretary, Andrew S. Johnston, Maryland Public Service Commission, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21202, and must reference Case No. 9816. The Commission encourages parties to use the Commission’s “e-file” system for filing.
